Strength & Conditioning
Commencing mid June, the strength and conditioning program is for those suitable to participate in a more challenging workout in a larger setting. This class is suitable for those whom;
- are ready to progress from other classes like Clinical Pilates and Functional Rehabilitation
- are after a more challenging workout in preparation to return to sport/pre-injury activities
- want to learn more exercise tools to actively manage their condition at a higher independent level
- enjoy a more structured class style with mixed circuit and floor work using a variety of equipment
This class is a good mix of functional strength, aerobic and flexibility exercises. The class will utilise all equipment in our studio, including the treadmill, bike, Pilates equipment, weights machine, mats, footballs, bands and pulleys. Your physiotherapist will modify and tailor your exercises on an individual basis to ensure you continue to reach your goals of rehabilitation.
** You must have approval from your treating Physiotherapist/Clinical Pilates instructor at Karrinyup Physiotherapy to commence this class.
