Strong Bones program is an individualised program structured around a gentle warm-up, stretching to improve flexibility and ease of movement, aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone, weight training and resistance exercise to safely increase muscle strength, support joints, improve bone density and improve balance.
