Paul Thomason

Clinical Interests: Neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, workers compensation

Paul has been a Physiotherapist for 20 years, having graduated from Curtin University. He has worked both in Australia and the United Kingdom.  Paul completed a Master of Manual Therapy qualification at UWA in 2008. This course focused on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions with a specific emphasis on diagnosis and management of spinal pain.

Throughout his career, Paul has continued to hone his skills by attending regular professional development courses and keeping up to date with current research. Paul has a special interest in treating spinal pain, headaches and peripheral musculoskeletal conditions such as the shoulder, knee and ankle. His philosophy is to identify the cause of a patient’s symptom and provide an appropriate treatment program tailored for the patient incorporating both manual therapy and specific exercise rehabilitation.

Paul has a young family who keep him very busy outside of work. He tries to stay fit by cycling and jogging.
